| 1. IS YOUR STOCK REPRODUCTION? ARE YOUR ITEMS OLD? |
| At Gower House Antiques we only sell period antique items. Our mirrors, lighting and furniture are bought in their original contidition where possible, however sometimes we have to sympathetically clean and restore an item to its former glory. Occasionally if we happen to like something purely for it's decorative value, that is contemporary, then we will mark it as "contemporary". If you have any questions about condition, repairs etc. please do not hesitate to contact us. |

| 3. CAN I REQUEST MORE PICTURES ON A CERTAIN ITEM? |
Yes, certainly. Although items in our web database have photographs that are viewable online, we are only too pleased to send you more pictures to help you make up your mind. To do this, choose on your item by clicking on the bar,
"Click here for more information and purchase", then on the next page clicking  "Request More Pictures". Please enter your email address in request form. and allow 1-2 days for your requested pictures to arrive. |

| 4. HOW CAN I PURCHASE FROM YOUR WEBSITE? |
Before you consider buying anything from us, please read the F.A.Q. first. Once you have gathered all relevant information eg. pictures, payment details, delivery quote etc.
Please choose your method of payment. We use 2 online payment methods Pay Pal or Nochex, you can use whatever system suits you, by clicking on the relevant button. For delivery costs please contact us first before purchasing. |

Unfortunately due online credit card fraud scams, we are no longer able to accept over the telephone credit card transactions. To order online please choose the Paypal or Nochex option at the bottom of each item.

| Yes. Deliveries over 100 miles for items under £1000 will have a delivery or shipping charge. Please contact us for a delivery or shipping quotation before purchasing.. Payment for deliveries are charged under a seperate invoice, which can be paid by any method including another Pay Pal or Nochex payment. Please contact us if you are uncertain. |
